Aimbridge Hospitality is a global leader in third-party hotel management, with over 1,550 hotels in all 50 states and 22 countries. We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Operations Supervisor to join our team at The Franklin Hotel in New York.

Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $16.06 - $20.07 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance program, and 401k retirement plan.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in a related field is helpful, and previous supervisory responsibility is preferred. A valid driver's license for the applicable state is also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Monitor all V.I.P. and special guest requests, and review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
