Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our physical therapy office as a Front Desk Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's schedule.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries about services, insurance, and scheduling.
  • Verify patient insurance and assist with collecting co-pays or payments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic's database.
  • Ensure the waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and well-stocked with materials.
  • Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
