Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on lead generation, scheduling and coordinating sales presentations, and nurturing client relationships.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Sales Documentation: Track all interactions with clients, documenting efforts and following up as necessary using CRM systems.
  • Client Follow-ups: Ensure consistent follow-up with leads and clients to close sales opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, project managers, and marketing department to align efforts and improve the overall sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the steel construction or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients across multiple platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, social media platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of self-motivation and the desire to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge or experience in the steel construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales tracking tools.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and closing sales in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
