About NUBOXX Fitness

We are a dynamic and growing fitness studio seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving studio growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle member inquiries and issues professionally and objectively, providing exceptional customer service to resolve concerns and build strong relationships.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist at the front desk by greeting members, answering phone calls, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Sales and Marketing: Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers.
  • Marketing Efforts: Manage and organize marketing initiatives both within and outside the studio to promote our services and attract new members.
  • Lead Generation: Prospect leads through various channels, including in-studio interactions, local events, and referrals, to drive studio growth.

Qualifications:

  • Organization and Time Management: Possess good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), are necessary.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is required for this position.

Compensation: $17 hourly + commission
