Job Overview

Are you enthusiastic about health and wellness? Do you possess a strong drive to meet both personal and team objectives? If so, you might be an excellent fit for our fitness sales associate position. Our thriving fitness studio is in search of an individual with outstanding customer service abilities to cultivate relationships with potential clients, ultimately leading to satisfied studio members.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of our offerings, including exercise equipment and wellness initiatives. You should also be adept at generating leads through various methods such as telemarketing, cold outreach, in-person visits, and referrals from existing members.

Compensation

$17 hourly + commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Address member concerns with professionalism and objectivity, ensuring resolution through exceptional customer service.
  • Support front desk operations by welcoming visitors, managing phone inquiries, and engaging with members.
  • Expand the studio's membership base through effective sales techniques, onboarding new clients, and delivering top-notch customer service to foster long-term relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives both within the studio and in the surrounding community.
  • Generate leads through diverse outreach methods, including calls, texts, emails, and interactions at local events.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential for this role.
