Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. If you have 1 or more years of experience in a sales role with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service to our members, please apply todayCompensation:

$17 hourly + commission

Responsibilities:
  • Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
  • Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
  • Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers
  • Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio
  • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
Qualifications:
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed
  • You must have previous customer service experience for this position
