The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our studio, providing exceptional customer service and driving our sales efforts to new heights. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it's about welcoming individuals into a lifestyle that values wellness, connection, and collective success. Your mission will be to forge meaningful connections within our local community, partner with like-minded businesses, and introduce new members to the Row House family, helping them to set sail toward their fitness goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the studio manager to ensure operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program.
  • Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
  • Lead studio previews/tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio.
  • Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities.
  • Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
  • Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions.
  • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
  • Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Properly onboarding all clients through the established processes.
  • Works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all related training programs.


What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • A self-starter who is enthusiastic about fitness and has a knack for building strong community ties.
  • Adept in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and operational logistics.
  • Motivated by a challenging, team-oriented environment and driven to achieve excellence.
  • A communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, genuinely wanting to help others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Team-oriented mindset, focusing on supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
