Job Summary:
The Exhibits & Administration Officer will be responsible for controlling the evidence chain with respect to collecting, receiving, checking, transporting, storing, disposing, and recording blood and oral fluid samples that are exhibits for the Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force) on all relevant Agency information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and convey exhibits to various locations throughout the Perth metro area.
- Ensure the integrity of the evidence chain by verifying the accuracy and completeness of exhibits.
- Transport and store exhibits in a secure and controlled environment.
- Record and document all exhibits on relevant Agency information systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the evidence chain.
Requirements:
- Current Australian motor drivers license class "C" or "CA".
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
The Exhibits & Administration Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
