Responsibilities:
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team. The ideal candidate possesses an engaging personality that creates a memorable first impression for our guests.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will check in and register guests, serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest.

Checking guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.

Resolving issues and creating memorable experiences for guests when challenges arise.

Promoting and selling special hotel programs.

Interacting professionally with hotel staff and assisting other departments with necessary information.

Being knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.

Maintaining the house bank.

Communicating all relevant information to the manager on duty.

Following established procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.

Assisting other departments as needed.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally

Ability to effectively engage with internal and external customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy

Ability to work well under pressure during check-in/check-out and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills

Ability to quickly learn and accurately manage complex processes

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Availability for evenings and weekends

Education and Experience:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of guest service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience in a 4 to 5-star hotel is preferred.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
