About the Role

We are looking for a personable and talented individual to provide proactive day-to-day client service, anticipate client needs, and respond to client questions and issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
  • Create and present new and renewal proposals to new and existing clients.
  • Assist the commercial lines department with client management and daily processing tasks.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls with clients, carriers, and banks.
  • Process payments and document any changes to client accounts.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.
  • Proven expertise working with commercial lines clients and policies.
  • A track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and determination.
