About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
