Job Title: Senior Family Law Attorney

This is a part-time position with an expected billing requirement of only 20 hours per week. As a member of the Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, you will work closely with our existing client base to prepare cases for mediation and/or trial. The ideal candidate will have experience in Florida family law and be able to handle a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
  • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
  • Work closely with administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings, and invoicing
  • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
  • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Florida family law
  • Licensed by The Florida Bar and in good standing
  • Member of the local bar association
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Graduation from law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
  • Ability to work independently with a heavy caseload
