Job Overview

Cornerstone Hospitality Solutions is in search of a proactive and skilled Hospitality Staffing Solutions Consultant to enhance our operations. This position is pivotal in overseeing sales and account management activities within the designated territory, specifically targeting the hotel sector for staffing services. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales capabilities, a background in the hospitality sector, and a talent for fostering and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

  • Conduct regular outreach and site assessments with current and potential hotel clients.
  • Maintain a steady volume of cold outreach, exploratory meetings, and follow-up engagements.
  • Design and implement a strategic marketing initiative for the designated region, leveraging corporate marketing resources.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline for prospecting utilizing platforms such as Hubspot and PandaDoc.

Market & Competitor Insights:

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor actions, including pricing strategies and staffing adjustments.
  • Utilize tools like Bond, Businesswise, Constant Contact, and LinkedIn to optimize market engagement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high satisfaction rates among key hotel clients.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive relationships with hotel partners, implementing quality assurance measures.
  • Oversee operational processes to meet staffing requirements and maintain quality standards.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and regulations.
  • Provide insights and reports to management regarding client needs, challenges, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new offerings.

Business Development:

  • Formulate a growth strategy centered on profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and client requirements within the hospitality industry.
  • Facilitate business discussions with potential hotel clients to promote staffing solutions.
  • Draft sales agreements in accordance with established legal standards.

Client Feedback & Support:

  • Deliver reliable feedback and post-sale assistance.
  • Build enduring relationships with both new and existing hotel clients.
  • Continuously enhance services based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Experience in customer support is advantageous.
    • Proven sales success within the hospitality sector, particularly in staffing services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Solid business insight with the capacity to create and present business strategies.
    • Outstanding leadership, management, and organizational capabilities.
    • Aptitude for building networking relationships and professional connections.
    • Familiarity with labor and employment regulations.
    • Ability to persuade, motivate, and communicate effectively in various situations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell staffing solutions to hotels using compelling arguments to engage existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for current and potential hotel clients.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Engage with customer leads through cold outreach.
  • Facilitate the resolution of client issues and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
  • Meet established sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market potential and track sales performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional strategies.
