Are you passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering exceptional results? As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:


  • Designing Tailored Solutions: You'll work closely with clients to scope and design the most effective solutions, drawing on a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities.
  • Bridging Technical and Commercial Teams: Serve as the key link between our technical and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with customer needs.
  • Driving Projects to Success: Lead opportunities through various sales stages, from initial engagement to handover for delivery. This will involve managing expectations, negotiating timelines, and overcoming challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Creating Impactful Presentations: Present compelling visions during pitches to senior managers and stakeholders, adapting your approach to resonate with different audiences.
  • Championing Customer Success: Act as an internal advocate for our customers, working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Representing at Conferences: Attend industry events, present and demonstrate our solutions, and gather market intelligence to support lead generation.
  • Building Trusted Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on fraud and risk solutions.


This role is primarily based in the US, with a preference for candidates comfortable commuting to the Atlanta office twice a week.


Your Daily Impact

  • Lead Sales Cycle Tasks: Take charge of all tasks in the sales cycle, ensuring the smooth preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer workshops.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Use your experience to guide meetings, proactively follow up with sales teams, and drive deals forward.
  • Manage RFP Processes: Ensure all aspects of RFPs are completed accurately, matching the bid's overall tone, and escalate any issues as needed.
  • Solve Customer Problems: Navigate tricky situations by understanding customer problems and offering alternative solutions.
  • Inspire Confidence: Ensure customers leave meetings with confidence in our ability to solve their challenges.
  • Present to Drive Outcomes: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders, driving desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to Team Growth: Share your expertise by training team members, refining processes, and helping new starters integrate effectively.


What You Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: A strong background in payments or banking.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in Professional Services or Technical Account Management roles, ideally within financial institutions or companies providing enterprise software to them. Your experience includes leading meetings, workshops, requirement gathering, scoping, report writing, and briefing technical teams.
  • Educational Background: A solid academic foundation in Technology or Science.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Interest in Fraud Detection: A keen interest in fraud prevention and detection strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: A broad understanding of technologies, with experience in at least four of the following: MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Elastic Stack, REST APIs, programming languages (Python, Java), distributed systems (Apache Zookeeper, Apache Kafka), and cloud computing (AWS, GCP).
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to engage effectively with sales, accounts, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Prioritization Skills: An aptitude for managing high and dynamic workloads, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met.
