Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Account Management:
  • Conduct regular sales calls and site visits to existing and prospective hotel clients.
  • Ensure a consistent number of cold calls, discovery appointments, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for the assigned area using corporate marketing programs and services.
  • Maintain an active sales funnel for prospecting using tools like Hubspot and PandaDoc.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of market climate and competitive activities, including pricing, recruitment strategies, and staffing changes.
  • Use tools such as Bond, Businesswise, Constant Contact, and LinkedIn to maximize market opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high satisfaction levels with our most strategically important hotel clients.
  • Grow and maintain deep and wide relationships with hotel clients, ensuring quality measures are in place to strengthen these relationships.
  • Oversee operations to ensure staffing needs and quality control programs are met and documented.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Business Development:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within the hospitality industry.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective hotel clients and promote the company's staffing services.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established laws and guidelines.

Client Feedback & Support:

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing hotel clients.
  • Continuously improve through client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience:
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
    • Experience in customer support is a plus.
    • Proven sales track record with experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in selling staffing services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales hunter mentality.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Solid business acumen with the ability to formulate and present business plans/proposals.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Present, promote, and sell staffing services to hotels using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential hotel clients to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
