Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management:
- Conduct regular sales calls and site visits to existing and prospective hotel clients.
- Ensure a consistent number of cold calls, discovery appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for the assigned area using corporate marketing programs and services.
- Maintain an active sales funnel for prospecting using tools like Hubspot and PandaDoc.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Keep abreast of market climate and competitive activities, including pricing, recruitment strategies, and staffing changes.
- Use tools such as Bond, Businesswise, Constant Contact, and LinkedIn to maximize market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure high satisfaction levels with our most strategically important hotel clients.
- Grow and maintain deep and wide relationships with hotel clients, ensuring quality measures are in place to strengthen these relationships.
- Oversee operations to ensure staffing needs and quality control programs are met and documented.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Business Development:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within the hospitality industry.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective hotel clients and promote the company's staffing services.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established laws and guidelines.
Client Feedback & Support:
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing hotel clients.
- Continuously improve through client feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proven sales track record with experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in selling staffing services.
- Skills:
- Strong sales hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Solid business acumen with the ability to formulate and present business plans/proposals.
- Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build networking relationships and professional associations.
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Ability to persuade, motivate, and speak clearly in positive or challenging situations.

Day-to-Day Activities:
- Present, promote, and sell staffing services to hotels using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential hotel clients to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential and track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
