Tekberry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sustainability Project Manager to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of identity cloud software and web services. As a W2 employee, you will be eligible for health benefits, including dental and vision coverage starting from the first month after your commencement.

Role Summary:

The selected candidate will be part of the Global Workplace & Safety team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Design, Construction & Sustainability. This role involves working in unison with various teams to implement our operational sustainability initiatives effectively. You will also engage closely with the ESG & Sustainability team to ensure our efforts align with the overarching corporate sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of LEED and WELL site certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance and maintenance. Formulate strategies to enhance our existing LEED and WELL Silver certifications.
  • Lead the establishment of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and manage cross-functional project teams comprising internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable food and waste management program in collaboration with the site operations team.
  • Manage the reporting and tracking of all site utility data for the annual greenhouse gas inventory.
  • Assess and monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) data across various sites, and devise an employee engagement strategy focused on IAQ.
  • Coordinate Earth Week initiatives to promote employee engagement through both virtual and onsite events.
  • Apply relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, SDGs) to enhance the company's workplace environmental sustainability efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sustainability-related roles.
  • Proficient in operational sustainability practices (e.g., LEED / WELL, sustainable food initiatives, renewable energy).
  • Experience in collecting site utility data and familiarity with the GHG Protocol.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation, program development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being effective independently.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex information from diverse stakeholders.
