Company Overview:

Tekberry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sustainability Project Manager to collaborate with our client, a leading identity cloud software and web services organization. Role Summary:

The selected candidate will play a crucial role within the Global Workplace & Safety team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Design, Construction & Sustainability. This position involves working in tandem with various teams to implement and enhance our operational sustainability initiatives, while also aligning with the broader corporate sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of LEED and WELL site certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance and maintenance. Formulate strategies to achieve certification points, building on existing frameworks.
  • Lead the establishment of the Environmental Management System (EMS), managing cross-functional teams comprising internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable food and waste management program in collaboration with site operations.
  • Manage the reporting and tracking of site utility data for greenhouse gas inventory purposes.
  • Assess and monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) across locations, creating strategies for employee engagement regarding IAQ.
  • Facilitate Earth Week engagement activities, including both virtual and in-person events.
  • Apply relevant sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, SDGs) to enhance the company's workplace environmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sustainability.
  • Familiarity with operational sustainability practices (e.g., LEED, WELL, sustainable food initiatives, renewable energy).
  • Experience in collecting utility data and knowledge of the GHG Protocol.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a focus on program development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
  • Proficient in synthesizing complex information from diverse stakeholders.
