Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at EverStaff. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for handling accounting tasks and data entry, researching and tracking the status of collection claims, preparing reports for sales, collections, and management, collaborating with the legal team as needed, communicating with clients to address inquiries and concerns, and assisting with various projects and duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and web applications
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
