Sales Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Sales Administrative Assistant at Synerfac Technical, you will provide critical support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage goal communication to distribution channels
  • Coordinate buying group and rebate programs quarterly
  • Oversee wholesaler rebate programs monthly
  • Update and maintain master bullet point tool data
  • Ensure daily compliance with sales targets
  • Update dealer websites with current information
  • Prepare reports for job site information
  • Communicate with distribution groups via email
  • Review Salesforce expense reports
  • Capture and enter relevant data on distribution, contacts, and preferences
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals
  • Develop product and program knowledge
  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Communicate sales programs and policies to the sales team and distribution

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM software or similar
  • Prior experience in a sales support role

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
