About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Prism Electric. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage project staff to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the electrical construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
