We are currently seeking a Utility PV Rebate/Interconnection Project Coordinator to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in managing interconnection processes for both residential and commercial solar energy initiatives. Furthermore, the individual should demonstrate a strong capability to cultivate positive relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, project collaborators, and internal teams.

The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with various departments to guarantee that solar projects are executed in a safe, efficient, and constructive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients and provide timely updates.
  • Oversee utility interconnection for multiple projects while keeping clients informed about project timelines.
  • Execute project management duties, ensuring project specifics are met within established timelines and objectives.
  • Engage in client meetings to facilitate the planning, design, and approval processes of projects.
  • Coordinate project initiation, including site assessments and client interactions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the duration of their projects.
  • Relay project expectations to crews and their supervisors.
  • Review and generate project cases as necessary for tracking purposes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance processes and procedures to achieve project and program objectives.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, resourcefulness, and adaptability in managing changing priorities.
  • Foster positive and effective interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Display a high level of motivation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

A college degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

At least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Experience in a Project Management team and environment.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Docs software.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A proven background in customer service.

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple project tasks.
