Job Summary

The Customer Care Associate is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Monitor orders and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipment
  • Provide phone support and educate customers on products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and files for customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and issues
Requirements
  • Associates level degree of knowledge/training and 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of a second language is desirable
