Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Knoll. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information and facilitating customers' success by coordinating with Sales, Production, and Procurement.
  • Attract and retain customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about alternative products and services.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information and entering clients' orders.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Help resolve product or service accommodations by clarifying the customer's request and determining with Sales, Production, and Procurement the root cause of the perceived gap, identifying, and proposing the best solution to achieve satisfaction, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer payments and adjustments.
  • In coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Production, recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and understanding customer needs.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/College degree
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Oracle
  • Previous experience in the leather industry preferred
