Job Description:
As a CRE Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on managing complex customer relationships and providing expert advice on deposit and payment solutions. This will involve analyzing customer data to identify potential revenue streams, developing strategies to grow existing relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enhance profitability of assigned customer relationships
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling bank products and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of deposit and payment solutions
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on complex financial transactions and risk management strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial deposit gathering and relationship management
• Proven track record of growing revenues and expanding market share in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $165,325.00 - $194,500.00 - $213,950.00, reflecting figures based on the primary location. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
