About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on large DC institutions. As a key member of our Global Client Coverage Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in client-facing roles, navigating complex client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our talented teams, including our wholesaling team, to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and retain business with our largest DC clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at these institutions, understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.
- Lead and prioritize multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives, leveraging your project management skills to drive results.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a client-facing role at an asset management firm, with a focus on large DC institutions.
- Strong industry knowledge and relationships, with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; CIMA or CFA certification preferred.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
