Fidelity Investments, a privately held company, is seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join its team in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for telling Fidelity's innovation story to potential and existing clients, supporting various business endeavors.

About the Role

This 100% onsite position involves managing client expectations, defining project critical paths, and anticipating obstacles. The ideal candidate will possess superior presentation skills, external client experience, and technical savvy. They should also be able to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Establish full project plans for client engagement activities
  • Engage with Fidelity BUs to build a common understanding of needs and opportunities for FCAT to innovate for business success
  • Tactical responsibility for end-to-end execution and success of FCAT client engagements
  • Proactively find opportunities for organization-wide technology evaluation and demonstration initiatives

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of industry experience, and 3 years of Fidelity experience preferred. They should also have knowledge of Fidelity business content and IT roadmap, thorough understanding of technology concepts, and current initiatives within FCAT and Fidelity Labs.

Benefits

Fidelity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid working model that blends onsite and offsite work experiences.
