Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive experience at the site.
  • Process vendor and visitor clearances via the AGES system.
  • Report inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
  • Manage breakroom supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Maintain a sufficient office supply inventory.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and outgoing mail.
  • Intake work orders via the Tririga tool.
  • Issue temporary parking passes as needed.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various software systems, including AGES and Tririga.
  • Basic math skills for managing inventory and tracking supplies.
