As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our community, coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, and collaborating with department leaders to develop and implement plans to meet the needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support resident admission, transfer, and discharge processes, including arranging transportation and handling belongings.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records, including medical documentation and identification data.
  • Record vital signs, review medication cards for accuracy, and coordinate with the Food Services Director regarding dietary needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401k + match, and professional development funds.
