We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Care Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business office. This role involves managing patient schedules, maintaining accurate records, discussing treatment plans and insurance details, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date patient calendar.
  • Review and discuss treatment plans, insurance coverage, and patient balances.
  • Process payments accurately and update patient information.
  • Ensure all necessary documents and radiographs are complete before each appointment.
Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:

  • Endodontic experience preferred
