Facilities Office Coordinator

As a leading technology consulting firm, TEKsystems is committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. Our team in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Office Coordinator to join our dynamic group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all occupants and visitors, ensuring a positive experience at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and visitors to obtain necessary badges and clearance for access to the site.
- Report any discrepancies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator for prompt resolution.
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, including breakroom essentials, and order new stock as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Process work orders through the Tririga tool and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Issue temporary parking passes to authorized visitors upon request from the Business Unit.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized at all times.
Estimate Salary Range:$40,000 - $55,000 per year
