Job Description

United Recovery and Remarketing is seeking a motivated Part-time Lot Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to maintain the storage lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Repossessed Vehicles: Ensure all repossessed vehicles are properly processed and uploaded with photos.
  • Inventory Personal Property: Accurately inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
  • Complete Condition Reports: Timely completion of condition reports for repossessed vehicles.
  • Prepare Vehicles for Transport: Prepare vehicles for transport to auction.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
  • Support Transporters and Third Parties: Provide professional service to transporters and third parties authorized on the lot.
  • Other Tasks: Perform various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED: Required for this position.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment screening.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 23 years of age due to insurance regulations.
  • Team-First Work Attitude: Strong team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills to enter vehicle information into our database.
