We are a dynamic 26-doctor emergency and specialty practice providing services in surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology.
The potential for learning and achieving success here is boundless.We are currently seeking a full-time Client Relations Specialist (CRS) to enhance our dedicated team.
Our CRSs collaborate closely with our medical staff and play a crucial role in delivering the highest standard of care for our clients and their pets.
As a valued member of our CRS team, your responsibilities will include offering compassionate, personalized attention to ensure that the unique needs of our clients and patients are met.

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and patients through outstanding customer service
- Responding to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
- Managing appointment scheduling and organization
- Effectively communicating client and patient needs to the medical team
- Organizing and collecting medical records
- Processing payments
- Performing routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing
