**Job Summary**

The Technical Sales Assistant position is an entry-level, internal support role working with in-house product testing, product demonstrations, and system integration.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

  • Coordination and completion of in-house product testing requirements
  • Generation of customer test reports per requests from Application Engineering/Sales Management staff
  • Work with internal technical groups (as lead or support role) in product demonstrations, testing, system integration, and solution development
  • Entry of test data/activities into CRM/quote configuration systems
  • Interactions with internal and manufacturing partners
  • Assist in scheduling, set-up, and hosting of customer visits/demos
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

**Required Education and Experience**

  • 2-year Associates of Applied Science degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong technical aptitude (electrical and mechanical)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, with or without assistance
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
