Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and qualify incoming inquiries to set appointments, ensuring our agents can promptly assist clients.
- Maintain current information on clients and their status in the home buying and selling journey, enabling agents to act swiftly and effectively.
- Master the art of addressing objections and conveying our team's value proposition through established scripts, showcasing our professionalism and integrity.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly performance metrics to guarantee that sales objectives are achieved in a structured and timely manner.
- Comprehend client requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing/lead technologies, or a quick aptitude for learning new platforms.
- A strong drive to excel in sales and personal development.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, fostering relationships that lead to new sales opportunities.
- Dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken communication skills.
Compensation: Estimated commission of $80,000+/year.
