Job Title: Sales Associate LensCrafters

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on eyewear and lenses, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
  • Basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
