Job Summary

As a Business Solutions Executive at Prime Communications, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product/solution recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, on-premise visits, networking, and other lead-generating activities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to acquire additional business.
  • Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer penetration.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and sales best practices, including the company's entire portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive account plans and strategies to generate new business from new and/or existing customers.
  • Provide accurate and detailed daily/weekly/monthly forecasts and maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience with solutions-based selling in a commissions-based sales environment.
  • Field of Study: Business, Marketing, Sales, or similar.
  • Experience: 3+ Years B2B telecom (AT&T preferred).
  • Attention to detail with superior organizational and time-management skills.
