About the Role

Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our counseling team, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support patient recovery
  • Co-facilitate group and family sessions as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
  • Evaluate patient needs and determine referrals to other programs or facilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed
Requirements
  • HS graduate or equivalent required
  • Prefer Bachelor's or Master's degree in social or health services field
  • Prior experience in addiction recovery and/or MAT environment
  • Oregon CADC R or higher (CADC I, CADC II, CADC III) required
