About the Role

This Cold Liquid Applied Roofing Business Development Executive role requires a strong background in architectural engineering and owner sales, with a proven track record in consultative sales within the specification market.

The key duties of this position include working closely with distribution partners and independent reps to promote our waterproofing, roofing, and surfacing products. This will involve regular communication with Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors to introduce and consult on project opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships, monitoring competition, and conducting group presentations using PowerPoint. A strong desire and ability to create and close sales is essential for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vehicle, and professional development opportunities.
