Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our talented culinary team. As a key member of our pastry team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the creation of exquisite desserts that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide variety of delectable pastries, cakes, and confections.
  • Collaborate with our experienced Pastry Chefs to learn new techniques, experiment with flavors, and elevate our dessert offerings to new heights.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment and maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with the public and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Meet financial goals and objectives by controlling costs and increasing revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of pastry experience.
  • College degree or certification in a culinary or hospitality field is preferred.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
