Position Overview:

The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the College of Community Health Sciences is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time clinical faculty role (non-tenure track) to address its expanding requirements.


Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will engage in a comprehensive general obstetric and gynecologic practice within a community-oriented academic setting, collaborating with a team of five other OB/Gyn faculty members.


Essential Qualifications:

The ideal applicant must possess outstanding clinical abilities, a passion for medical education, and a commitment to scholarly endeavors and clinical research. Candidates should hold an MD or DO and be board-certified or actively pursuing certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.


Desirable Qualifications:

A proven history of scholarly work, particularly in the areas of education and training within a health professions or medical school context, is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate a collaborative and innovative mindset, a willingness to work within multidisciplinary and inter-professional teams, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
