Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at TAMKO, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including residential and commercial roofing contractors
- Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 4 years of sales experience in the roofing industry
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include acuity sufficient for driving an automobile and truck, minimal color discrimination, and accurate depth perception
Frequent extended work hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
