Role Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience that leads to increased sales. It is essential to treat all customers, both internal and external, with the utmost respect.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the store in a timely and personal manner.
  • Provide information about Tervis products and services, including options for personalization and custom orders.
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized to meet company standards.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
  • Manage the Cash Register/POS system and Credit Card transactions.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance towards established goals.
  • Maintain the presentation of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Assist with daily inventory restocking and ticketing.
  • Inform customers about policies and procedures related to custom orders.
  • Adhere to guidelines regarding custom orders and trademark policies.
  • Educate customers on the Tervis Made for Life return policy for defective items.
