About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager Administrator to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for the administration of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the vision and direction of the DAM, provided by the manager and organization.
  • Focus on the people side of change, preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes related to the DAM.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize user adoption and usage of required changes.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Daily maintenance, review, and delivery of DAM assets, ensuring they adhere to DAM governance with the support of librarians.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of metadata, facet/filtering, taxonomy structure, and security user/group permissions.
  • Review taxonomy and metadata frequently for changes required, based on business and process changes.
  • Ensure metadata entries are accurate to meet a 99.9% goal in the DAM.
  • Troubleshoot the DAM platform.
  • Assist in training users and create instructional documents or videos.
  • Monitor content quality.
  • Develop standard reports and summarize trends for asset usage, adoption, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain governance documentation for all administrative processes and setup for the DAM.
  • Build relationships with all DAM users and continue to grow and extend usage throughout the organization.
  • Comply with our client's branding and standardizations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in administration within DAM systems.
  • Familiarity with metadata for tagging assets and cataloging taxonomy.
  • Strong workflow development, ability to capture requirements, and develop a plan.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
