About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Technical Program Management to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving large-scale enterprise initiatives and influencing leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical programs and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve system reliability and performance
  • Build and lead a team of technical program managers to power real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers and associates
  • Provide technical guidance and support to senior leadership
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • Strong technical background with experience in data engineering, data analytics, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and drive well-educated decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Observability
  • 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
  • 5+ years of experience with data analytics or machine learning
  • 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services and architecture (AWS)
