EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Positions are available as Temporary Employees, with eligibility for benefits such as 401K, basic medical coverage after a specified period, paid holidays, referral bonuses, and access to an Employee Assistance Program. There is potential for conversion to Permanent Employee status within the first year of employment.

    • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday-Thursday)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Assembler is integral to our production process, ensuring the assembly of high-quality products. This role demands precision, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to quality standards. The individual must meet production targets, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and utilize Lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to established assembly procedures to accurately construct products and components.
  • Meet production deadlines and performance goals.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data entry tasks.
  • Adapt to various workstations as production demands change.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience or training preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting safety guidelines, work instructions, and operational manuals.
  • Ability to write basic reports and correspondence.
  • Competence in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Skilled in accurately reading tape measurements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role involves physical activities such as reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions. The position requires the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
