Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Production Technician to join our team in a complex and dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced team environment, and possess attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate composite parts using hands and machinery.
  • Prepare tooling and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Cut and trim various manufacturing materials.
  • Operate oven.
  • Inspect and install aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts.
  • Follow engineering drawings and specifications to install, connect, or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners.
  • Ensure fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements.
  • Prepare and use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding, or drilling aircraft parts.
  • Route wire harnesses in accordance with specifications.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
  • Mechanically inclined background is required.
  • Ability to follow and complete work instructions properly.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment as needed.
  • Ability to lift varying weight repeatedly.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours in a day.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
