Job Summary

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will execute assembly tasks according to work instructions, achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
  • Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
  • Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
  • May work at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Working Conditions
  • The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
