POSITION SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Assembler is integral to our production process, ensuring the assembly of high-quality products. This role requires adherence to assembly instructions, precision, and a strong focus on quality standards. The Manufacturing Assembler is expected to meet production targets, maintain a safe workspace, and utilize Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to established assembly instructions for product assembly.
  • Meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data entry.
  • Adapt to various workstations as production demands change.
  • Exhibit punctuality and reliability in attendance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience or training preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and manuals.
  • Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Accurate reading of tape measurements.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including heat, noise, and vibrations typical of a production setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Physical activities include reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
