Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Manage reservations through various channels, addressing guest inquiries regarding accommodations, amenities, and hotel services.
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while adhering to financial protocols.
- Accommodate special requests and resolve any guest issues with a positive approach.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information.
- Keep the front desk area and lobby well-organized and presentable.
- Assist with the maintenance of the coffee and beverage station throughout shifts.
- Handle lost and found items with care and proper documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary.
