  • Keep the front desk area and lobby well-organized and presentable.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the coffee and beverage station throughout shifts.
  • Handle lost and found items with care and proper documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is necessary.
