Stine Seed Company Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative in Western Illinois. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a respected national seed company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and agronomic expertise
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
